March Madness

theimprintllc

What a crazy year it has been. Only the 3rd month into the year and now we are facing a WHOLE PANDEMIC….. Apparently one with no vaccine and no definite answer as to where it came from. From working in the office to working from home, being essential, or not working at all. Mental health has been affected in many capacities regardless of your age, gender or sexuality. In one way or another life has become "ABNORMAL”. Having questions about the unknown led to sadness, anxiety and depression for many. Being unsure where funds for essentials and family necessities would come from. With all the sudden changes mental health has been affected. During this time, it is important to not allow FEAR to overtake us. We must continue to make self-care a PRIORITY….. Even if that means turning off our phones, avoiding watching the news and social media to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Remember to keep the faith, express your feelings when necessary and never forget you’re not alone… the entire world has been impacted by COVID-19. We at THEIMPRINT are here to support you and your loved ones during this time. Below are a few self-care activities that may be helpful:

· Downloading apps for home workouts / exercise (PELOTON)

· Listening to music for 5-15 minutes each day

· Meditation & Yoga 15-30 mins a day

· Arts & Crafts

· Journaling

· Zoom meetings with Family & Friends

****We thank you for taking the time to read this blog and we hope that you will out your mental FIRST.*****
